The Gulf Coast 3 (GC3) Annual Conference invites professionals in health information and technology, healthcare administration, clinical leadership, public health, and related fields to submit proposals for engaging, non-commercial presentations at our 2025 event. This is an opportunity to share expertise, contribute to industry discussions, and connect with peers.

Presentations should be relevant, timely, and impactful in areas such as:
- Regulatory & Governance – Policy updates, compliance, planning
- Virtual Care – Telehealth, remote patient monitoring, connected devices

Submission Details
- Proposal Submission Deadline: May 2, 2025

- Speaker Fees: Conference Registration fees waived (travel and expenses not covered)
Sessions must be vendor-neutral and non-promotional. Sales-driven presentations will not be accepted.
